Hi, I’m Yian Zhang,

an NLP and DL enthusiast.

I earned my master's degree from Stanford and my bachelor's degree from NYU Shanghai, where I was advised by Percy Liang and Sam Bowman to work on foundation model pretraining and evaluations. I also iterned at AWS AI Labs and ByteDance to work on some cool NLP stuff.

Aside from NLP, I was proudly advised by Gus Xia on multimodal music learning and I worked with Mohamad Eid on HCI in Summer 2019.
